Shipping and Returns

• We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays or damages. Once packages are shipped they are out of our hands and because we are a small business we cannot guarantee that we will have a replacement plant available.
• All plants will be shipped bare root in sphagnum moss unless noted otherwise.
• Please don't hesitate to reach out if there is an issue with your purchase and we will do all we can to make it right.
• Please reach out with any issues within 24hrs of receiving your package and include photos and an unboxing video.
• All sales final on live plants. Returns not accepted.
• Return eligible items must be returned within 14 days of receiving item. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
• Any order cancelled before shipping is subject up to 7% processing fee.
